Terra Noor is a Saudi-registered mineral exploration company established as a joint venture between Technology Experts (70%) and Andiamo Exploration Ltd (30%). The company holds and operates mineral exploration licences within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Terra Noor is a mineral exploration company dedicated to uncovering the mineral potential of the Arabian Shield. Our experienced team has successfully advanced projects from grassroots exploration through to development and production, with extensive experience across the Arabian-Nubian Shield.
The company was awarded its first exploration licences in the Nabitah, Nqurah and Sukhaybrah mineralised belts under the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources’ Ninth Round of Mining Exploration Licensing.

Exploration Licences
Awarded under the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources’ Ninth Round, our exploration licences cover three distinct and highly prospective mineralised belts in Saudi Arabia.
A key exploration target within the Arabian Shield, the Nabitah Belt hosts significant mineralisation potential. Terra Noor’s licence area is being advanced under a structured Ministry-approved work programme.
Terra Noor has been awarded three exploration licences within the Nuqrah Belt. The Nuqrah licence area covers approximately 270 km² and comprises three licence blocks located within the prospective Nuqrah VMS belt. Airborne magnetic geophysical surveys, geostructural mapping and stream sediment sampling have identified two mineralised gossan targets at Samri Al Masculahan and Jabal Rik Al Hamar.
Terra Noor has been awarded eight exploration licences within the Sukhaybrah–As Safra Orogenic Gold Belt, covering a total area of approximately 707 km². Airborne magnetic geophysical surveys, geostructural mapping and stream sediment sampling have identified three priority exploration targets.
Governance
All activities are conducted in full compliance with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources' regulations, reporting requirements, and expenditure commitments. Terra Noor maintains rigorous adherence to all applicable Saudi legislation governing mineral exploration.
Exploration activities across all three licence areas are executed strictly in accordance with Ministry-approved work programmes. Progress is tracked, reported, and benchmarked against committed timelines and investment obligations.
Terra Noor holds and manages all licences in accordance with the approved ownership structure. The company serves as the primary operating entity, ensuring proper stewardship of licence obligations on behalf of its shareholders.
The 70/30 ownership structure between International Technology Experts for Trade and Contracting and Andiamo Exploration Ltd reflects a strategic partnership combining local market expertise with international exploration capability.
